Data source
Any export with a code, description (English & Arabic), and price column — column order is detected automatically.
Importing updates matching codes and adds new ones, but keeps items already loaded. Use Clear database first if you want to fully replace the list with a new file instead of merging.

Use a Bluetooth/USB scanner, the camera, or type a code or part of a name. Everything you collect builds the print list below.
Import a promo list from Excel
Prepare a whole list of items — with quantities, promo prices, and badges — in Excel, then upload it here instead of scanning one by one.
Columns match the Print list below: Code, EN, AR, Price, Old Price, Unit, Badge, Qty, Note. Only Code is required — EN/AR are for your reference only (the tag always uses the database's own description), and Price/Unit fill in from the database automatically if left blank. Badge must match one of your promotion type labels exactly (see the Reference sheet in the template). Note accepts Yes/No and defaults to shown if left blank.

Price is filled in from the database automatically — edit any row's price to override it just for this print run without changing the database. Old price is optional — leave it blank to hide the slashed price on that tag.
Sheet setup
Check the preview, then print at 100% scale (no "fit to page").
Uncheck anything you don't want on this print run — printing, PDF, and PNG export all use only what's checked here.
Every time someone prints, exports a PDF, or exports PNGs, it's recorded here — who, when, and how much.

Company
Name and logo shown in the sidebar and on the sign-in screen (not on printed tags).

Database passcode
Adds an extra PIN just for this Item Database tab, on top of the normal login — anyone opening this tab (even an already-logged-in user) has to enter it. Leave blank to turn this off.
Android app
Upload the APK once (build it from the Android project). Everyone who logs in can then download and install it from the Get app button.
On the phone: tap the downloaded file and allow "Install unknown apps" for the browser when asked. The first launch asks for this website's address.
Backup & data
Everything is stored on the server and saved automatically. A downloaded copy is optional.
Clears the item database, template and layout. Users, the PIN and the print log are kept.
Manage users
Anyone printing tags needs their own login here. The Print tab keeps a log of who printed what. Only admins can add, remove, or promote users, and only admins can change the template layout.
